“Great price This past winter was intense in NY! Soo much so, my pipes burst for the first time - back to back! I have used DUO before for plumbing upgrades, so they were the first ones that came to mind. They were able to direct me to the main shut off valve to stop the water from leaking - and they were here in UNDER AN HOUR, AT NIGHT!! They were able to replace the burst copper pipe. (Not shown because walls are now patched up) And as soon as they left, a second pipe burst! This winter was a nightmare. But they turned right back around and quickly repaired that for me too.✅ I have tenants, soo moving quickly on this was imperative.🙏 As a preventative measure, they suggested I install a sump pump, so that my basement would not flood 6 inches like it did in the back part, because floors are not leveled down there, which by the way, they had a temporary mini pump to vacuum that water out for me.🙏 I do not how else I would have gotten that water out! A week later, the sump pump was installed AND, while they were at it, they suggested I elevate the water heater off of the ground as an added precaution.I sourced some cinder blocks and they adjusted the plumbing for the new height.DUO is my go - to plumber I have on speed dial.THANK YOU, David!!”
